Some people have great luck with them. Others don't. There practically the same as CC. In the 54 inch deck TB deck is stamped where CC is like a manufactured deck. There both made by MTD STANLEY. I have 2 CC 54 and have had zero problems both bought new 2015 and Wife's 2017 we mow between 5 & 7 acres.
