Transmission belt keeps slipping off!

I have a gravely ztxl60. My transmission drive belt keeps slipping off as soon as I start the engine. I have replaced the belt, the idler pulley and the extension spring. I have also tightened all bolts. Any other suggestions to fix this problem? I see no cracks in the frame.

Sounds like the belt is too long most likely.
 
Ever find a solution?
Look at the pullies underneath and see if all of them are are aligned. If one of the belt drives is a tad higher or lower the belt will walk off.
 
check the belt brake pad. It is a known issue on some mowers. When the pad is too worn the geometry changes in a way that the belt is too loose and jumps off. Have seen several videos on it, and I was quite surprised how much the geometry changes with worn pads on some configurations. The belt brake determines where the tensioner arm stops on some mowers. Bad pulley bearings can cause it too. And all the reasons others posted before me.
