My Craftsman hydro-gear transaxle transmission won't go foward or reverse.

My Craftsman hydro-gear transaxle transmission won't go foward or reverse.

Look at the belt is it still on?
Is the pulley on top of the transaxle turning. Is the shaft the pulley sits on turning.
Look at the wheels is the shaft the wheels are on turn look at both sides.
