H Hudweb Forum Newbie Jun 8, 2014 #1 I need help!! My toro timecutter z380 blades won't engage. I brought a new pto switch and still will not work. Plus had to jump of the battery and then it wouldn't cut off when I turn the switch to off. What could be the problem?
