I have a Timecutter, 1 yr old. Yesterday while I was mowing, it just stopped pulling. Motor runs fine, will not move forward or back. There is considerable back pressure when you try to move the steering arms.
The drive wheels will not turn at all, as if locked up. I disengaged the "pushing" levers but still cannot move the wheels.
Any ideas what may have happened?

Check the brake module .
These are notorious for failing.
The obvious sign is the ratchet will be engaged with the brake and you will not hear it release or engage when you bring the lap bars in to the drive position & out to the stop position.
That electric brake is not one of my favourite inventions.
