Mower isn’t starting I’ve replaced the seat switch and solenoid and also have a new battery. Every time I turn the key it just clicks once.

Can you turn the engine 2 full revolutions by hand ?

I’m not sure how to do that

You should be able to rotate via the screen on top of the engine.. Or if it's a manual blade engage (you push a LEVER/HANDLE) grab the the pulley shaft under the mower.
Remove spark plug wire if you do this

Remove the screen plastic cover to get to the screen you want to spin..

Dove in a little deeper and found the plug for the switch on the handle was off.
