This will be a new mower. I have a 60 inch Toro with a Kawasaki engine and need another mower, I will keep the old mower. Better deals on mowers with the Toro engine.

The Loncin engines are use quite a bit on Toro mowers and I don't much work on them but other wearable items and electric brake module tends to go out a lot more.

These engines are also built to Toro's specs hence they are rebranded as Toro engines.

I owned two Toro mowers with the 708 cc Loncin engine. Both of them performed well. However, neither mowers could handle my property. I had to move up to a commercial machine.

Chinese clone engines are fairly common on small equipment such as push mowers, tillers, snow blowers. However, when moving up in horsepower to 25 hp, etc. I would not recommend them. Kawasaki versus Loncin, LCT, Powermore, etc. is a no brainer. Chose the Kawasaki.
