Where do i get an air filter for the Toro 6.75 GTS RECYCLER what wuld make it not run unless you hold the primer in ?

Where do i get an air filter for the Toro 6.75 GTS RECYCLER what wuld make it not run unless you hold the primer in ?

You can get the filter at Home Depot.

Not sure about why it only runs if you hold the primer in.

Hope someone knows because I have one does the same thing.
