try pb blaster, wd-40 or some sort of lube. then try to stick a screwdriver and attempt to pry it out after you soak it in lube. dont break the throttle switch thing though. do it gently.

I got it fixed the linkage on the carb was stuck so I gave it a good hit with a wooden mallet and some WD-40 and now it runs good
