Tire inflation

I have a Tory Bilt bronco MODEL #: 13A 78BS023. this is my second Troy Bilt Bronco. I replaced my first one after 15 years. My question is, how do I keep air in the tires? This has been a problem on both Broncos. I’ve tried tubes with no luck. I have been running them deflated for years and they seem to hold up.
But it just doesn’t seem right. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you very much.

It is nearly impossible to keep them 100% sealed due to low pressures used. Hit bumps will cause them to lose over time as do seepage otherwise. Even my truck tires loses air over time.
