Tiller wont stay running

I have 2 tillers they both have the same problem. I can start them by putting gas in the carburetor, they won't stay running. I've cleaned the carbs & tanks out, but still having the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the vent closed on the gas tank so the gravity won't feed the carb ?
Dirty gas cap or clogged vent ?

Opened & cleaned tanks . Filled with new gas.

I think one line is but the other tiller has a new motor on it. Well I bought it last year.
