Tecumseh out of business or not?

Is Tecumseh still in business? Everybody says they went under, but if you Google them, they have a website? The website is tecumsehpower.com

Tecumseh Did go under about 5 years ago and they were bought by lct (liquid Combustion Technology) There still a lot of parts
and engines out in the world so the parts will be available for many years to come
