Tecumseh HH60

Two more questions. Does the part you are looking for mount underneath or outside the flywheel? If underneath, does it have both a spark plug lead and a two wire wiring harness with a diode inside attached to it?
 
I know this is a long shot, but does anything in this photo look like what you want.

The tiller is electric start. The magneto (or alternator) is what charges the battery. It along with the coil is mounted to the stator plate. It has a diode in line to covert AC to DC power for the battery. Sorry, I should have explained this in my first post.

Can you attach a couple of pictures flywheel mounted and the removed on this engine? There are too many variables on this engine platform.
