I have totally disassembled, replaced all the bearings, painted and reassemble the tiller. I'm sorry if it looks to clean. I have read and responded to all your responses with all the pictures and information that I can provide. I'm sorry if this is not enough information but without taking the tiller back apart it's the best I can do. I thank you for all your help but I will look elsewhere. Yours, habamgr

I’ve asked twice how you tested to locate the problem. It was even asked what the original problem was. Those questions were never answered. You were asked to provide pictures of the magneto in question. Your answer was it’s too much work to remove shroud, gas tank and flywheel. How are you going to repair when you get more parts to throw at it without disassembly. Good luck with your project and post back when you suceed, as a lot of people will very interested in your explanation on how you set the timing on that Tecumseh. Bye!!!
