Tecumseh Carb Interchange Question

Any reason why a 632334A carb wont work on HMSK85-155901A that was on a HMSK80-155478S?

If the linkages were the same, why not? That is usually the biggest problem.

Everything is the same except the 632334A is a non emissions carb and the 640052 is emissions carb with the plastic tube.

So the tube goes back to the air filter box area? Is this on a snowblower?

No, Its plastic tube thats inside the carb after removing bowl. Yes its a snowblower.

the only diff is some had a ruber o ring in there and u cant adjust the idle speed its a fixed jet
