[Small Engine Nut Job]

Working on this engine quit starting last year. I did a back yard valve grind. new carb and gas lines. Replaced some gaskets. Adjsted the valves to the best of my ability (4 thousands both). Talked with a local repairman he told me he sets all single cylinder engines at 6 both valves. He mentioned the flywheel key may have moved check it. He also said have fun finding one.
Here's where I'm at today. Put in new battery got it start using starter fluid. Runs won't accelerate pops out of carb. help
