Stx 38 won't start

Hello. My stx 38 was running fine then stopped. Won't start. Here is what I have done
Replaced timing key
Rebuilt carb
I have compression and spark.
Won't turn over at all with starter fluid or gas into cylinder head
Fresh gas. I now have fuel in oil so I'll have to change that again
I'm out of ideas and don't want to buy a new one. Any suggestions on next step? Thank you!

if you have fuel in the oil the carburetor float is not shutting of the fuel and your engine is flooding with fuel.
