1000s of them but not all are Safegaurd homes.

I just talked to a guy just got on with Safegaurd. They give him 5 trash outs a week. That's good money but I love cutting grass to much.

I didn't know working for Safeguard was that good money.

Just have to know how to work them.

Bid the work high. They sit on it till the town gives them a violation then they have to pay to get it done.

You would think they would just offer half of the bid price and get done now.

I double everyone of my bids.

So a yard I would do for $300 I bid for $600 and get $400.

A recut pays $35
I sub them out for $25
I have over 300 weekly recuts.

The funny thing is I have been trying to get out of property preservation work.

With all the other venders not being able to handle the work load I am in a spot.

I don't want to burn any bridges in case I need to use this bridge again.
