How many hours should I charge for a Bar Clutch Job since it isn't listed in my book.

Errr...changing the clutch on a chainsaw? 15 mins for a straight swap out.

So charge this person and 1/2 hour for replacing a whole clutch assembly, bar and chain.

Also remember to charge for the booking in of chainsaw, the washing, cleaning of chainsaw, the ordering of parts of chainsaw, the invoicing of chainsaw and the handing over and taking payment of chainsaw.

The fitting of the part is probably the quickest bit but the bits in between take longest.

A 30 min job on bench can be an hours time in total to cover everything else.
