Stihl 030 saw

Hi done a job for a guy who gave me this saw that he stripped down put a new piston in it never got back to it . Now I've got it almost together can someone advise me with this , The grey wire coming from the coil up through to the handle / chock area where does it go to please .

Does it have the four positions on the master control lever, one of them will be the kill switch.

Sorry get the model wrong it is a stihl 023 if I'm right should it go onto the choke control lever somewhere there ??
