Either crop the pic or resize in a picture program. Keep the resolution around/under 1000 x 1000.

The server has very limited space available for photos .
I open the photo in an editing app on my computer, resize it to 12" along the longest side then save it as a JPG with the resolution set to 72 DPI.
They upload to the site quite well and display full screen so we can see the details we need to see .

Photo isn't a problem, they asked for video. Only way I can get it small enough is to edit it down and save as an mp4. The system doesn't accept mp4

Post the video up in youtube. Or maybe some other video site. Link it here for us to see.
