Can you describe how you cleaned the carburetor?
Sorry, I didn't see the youtube link. Sounds to me like it's running RICH. If you can find the fuel adjustment screw, turn it in a half turn and restart. Then turn the screw in slowly until the engine rpm picks up. How many turns did you open this screw when you put the carb back together?

Thank you! I opened her back up and followed your advice with the fuel adjustment screw. She now runs perfectly. Thank you again.
