Spring Cleaning

Did a little cleaning up on my yard today. Raked up some leaves and loose grass.

According to Fox 2 News Detroit it's supposed to start warming up in the 60s.

Its about time. I was mowing lawns last year at this time. cant wait to start back up.

I remember last year I was mowing the lawn on my birthday (March 18). Temperature was 80 degrees for over a week.

The weather here in Middle TN, since the beginning of March, has been so back-and-forth(70's to low 80's for a couple of days, then 50' to 60's for a couple of days) with lots and lots of rain everytime it goes from warm to cold that the grass is growing like crazy!!!! I need to mow every weekend, whereas most Spring & Summer seasons in the past I could get by with mowing every other weekend. Of course I'm not really "complaining" cause I love riding my new Gravely ZTR:0) I can't wait until I retire this coming October so that Spring & Summer 2014 I can mow every other day if I want too!!!!!!

The weather has been the same here. From 60s - 70s back to 40s to 60s again... At the same time it's been raining everyday. Grass is already growing. I'm expecting that by next week I will be mowing the first yard of the year.
