We're thinking about putting down an above ground soaker hose, but I just realized [remembered] that we have a weed barrier under the mulch. What can we do about this?
I have weed barrier down as well and my soaker hose penetrates through the membrane and waters the flowers completely fine. I buried mine down a bit so it looks better.
