snapper won't restart

I turned off my mower to answer a call and now I cannot get it to start up again! I have checked the battery the gas the filters and the obvious. Any help?

To understand the problem and maybe fix it, try as described in "http://www.lawnmowerforum.com/small-engine-mower-repair/8032-snapper-electric-start-21405ps.html" excepted that in newer models, jet and bowl of the carburator cannot be removed !
