Wondering if the pulley failed. Someone removed it and put the exact size belt on like you said....

Hold on. I have a series 0 or 4 maybe with the Kawi FC150V engine with oil filter. Is this yours too? If so, mine has the idler pulley off the engine I'm pretty sure. I can verify when I get home.
