That is way too high of a price. You can buy a NEW Snapper RE210 (33") 15.5HP Rear Engine Riding Mower for $1999.00 from mowers direct.http://www.mowersdirect.com/Snapper-7800952-Lawn-Mower/p12383.html $ 700.00 would be the top of my price range for the used mower.

The used mower is 16 years old.
Don't buy any new snapper with the disk drive. The one I showed you has the hydro drives.
