I own a Honda lawn mower HRR216VKA with smart drive. It stopped self propelling last year so I adjusted the smart drive cable and it worked for a few months. I had to make another adjustment and the cable can no longer be adjusted and the mower is no longer self propelling. What is the next step in repairing this. I have checked and the belt is intact. Has the belt stretched and it needs replacing or what do I need to do? I'm handy but lack the knowledge.
