Simplicity Broadmoor PTO Bolt

Hi All, Working on a Simplicity Broadmoor Model 2691337 serial number 2017736355 SCS 25/52F.
I'm trying to get the The PTO clutch off. The bolt won't budge. It is almost like someone used loctite on it. I heated it with a torch and nothing. I'm using an impact gun with 3 settings on it. I have only gone up to the 2nd setting. I have fear the 3 rd setting might snap the head off the bolt. Then I'm in big trouble. Am I missing something here?
Please share your thoughts. Thanks , Matt.PTO Clutch.JPG

Make sure it's not left hand thread , if you snap off the head , you'll be drilling out the broken bolt and that's no picnic , I have not seen a left hand thread on the clutch drive but you never know

Maybe try rocking the bolt with a six-sided hand wrench or socket on a breaker bar, tightening and loosening, and if that doesn’t work try tapping on the wrench with a hammer. Do you have an air hammer? If not, can you borrow or rent one? I think I remember seeing Taryl use one to break stuck bolts free.

I got it off. With a little more pressure from the impact gun, It came right off. Who was in there before must have really over tightened it. I'm glad that when they put it back together, they used never seize on the pulley, clutch and shaft. Thanks everyone! Matt.
