recently purchased 2210 landlord and have a few issues. I am unable to locate an operators and parts manual.Parking brake wont engage. Throttle wont hold its position, it keeps slowing down, you can see the cable easing back in. Carb picture or diagram might br helpful. I need a part number for the deck belt. Thanks for any help. I have spent a lot of time elsewhere looking for info. on this. About ready to give up and sell it.

I cant download from that website. they said I dont have the required number of posts as because of being a new member. Besides the throttle issue as wont hold its setting, it keeps going in, I need info on how to remove and adjust deck.
