Hello,

I have the motor apart and you can look at the pictures attatched. The cylindar looks fine...looks like I have to replace the piston and rings. Does anyone know where I can get these parts? The places I went too said echo does not have these parts anymore. Thank you for your help.

Got it, thank you. Looks like all I have to do is replace the piston head with the rings...is there any type of tutorial for that on the web? Thanks again.

All I do to find my info is search for it on Google. If you can't find anything that way I would wait for someone else to respond who is a mechanic or something.
Good luck!

How on earth did you manage to seize it and not ruin the cylinder?

+1 on that. Those cylinders have hard chrome plating on them. If that plating has worn off, you are wasting your time and money putting in a new piston/rings.
