Shopping for heavy duty mower

Congrats and welcome to the Exmark family. Great choice. Exmark is one of the top of the line mowers you can get. I am especially impressed with the S-series mowers Exmark offers. What a great discount to get that final price for that machine. You will have to post some pics in Sept.

Congrats on the new mower, but you purchased it for the wrong reason.

The laser z is a fine mower. You made a good choice. It will handle anything you want to mow.
 
I agree with you that price should be a big factor in your decision. All of the mowers in the class you were looking at are great mowers, so the only two other things to consider are price and dealer support. Plenty of dealer support in the dyersburg area for exmark. Tennessee tractor (the jd dealer in our area) in dyersburg, Alamo, and ripely are all exmark dealers.
