Self-Propelled Mower (3 in 1) With Excellent Bagging Feature

Need to buy a mower (preferably 190cc) that is self propelled and that bags well without a lot of clippings blowing out due to a poor fit and also has a side discharge so I believe that excludes Honda mowers. I've read countless reviews on the Toro, Cub Cadet, Husquvarna and Craftsman brands in my price range and every mower seems like it has it's issues. I was leaning toward the Toro, but the reviews for all of the models in this price range are mixed at best and many point out the poor quality control and issues with starting, cut quality, bagging issues and wheels falling off,etc... The reviews at Toro.com and other sites are sometimes incredibly negative.

I only have about 1/4 acre to cut, but I want it to be bagged most of the time and with an even cut. Occasionally, I may want to mulch it.

I do not want only a rear discharge mower and will consider a slightly less powerful engine if the 3 in 1 features, starting reliability and cut quality are consistently good.

Due to the small lawn size, I don't want to spend any more than $450.00.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I ended up purchasing a similar mower and it seems to be doing a great job. Thank you.
 
Starting reliability has mostly with what fuel you put in it. Avoid ethanol at all cost and you should be fine. If you can not avoid it then buy in small amounts. You want fresh gas every 3 weeks. On last mow of the season go to autoparts store and buy pure fuel and run it in the mower. It will protect the mower over the winter. Pour the rest of your gas can in your car or truck so you can get fresh gas next season.

Take a look at the Poulan Pro PR625Y22RHP. Has everything you're asking for, and has worked very well for me in the past.
