scag wild cat stwc 2005

Hello all, i have a scag wild cat with a 61" deck kohler motor. Mowed for the second time this year, i stopped to eat lunch and when i got back in the pto would not start the blades. Nothing happens. Any body have any advice? Thanks

Up date it was the pto switch back to mowing again.
