Scag Turf tiger

I was mowing yesterday and everything was fine then all of a sudden it started mowing at a much lower level and the adjustable deck level handle is in the way of me opening the lower plate to see the belts. And it seems as though the deck is sitting lower than normal. What could this possible be?
 
click on forums & look for "Scag" Turf Tiger problems

check machine for having loose hardware, broken bolts, cracks in chassis, a member recently posted with pictures finding support bolts broken & replacing with grade 8 bolts & self locking nuts.
