SCAG TURF TIGER/EXMARK Z

I just had a turf tiger come in with broken wheel studs and the lug nut holes are all oblong. The wheel motor hub is different than the exmark, and they don't list the studs in the parts breakdown. Using my airhammer I drove one of them out and the spline part of those studs are much shorter than the exmarks. Does anyone know if an exmark 4 hole rim will mount on a scag? I can get exmark parts the next day, but Scag is 3 to 4 days
