Repairs Scag Tiger Cub will turn over but then cuts off, HELP!

I've replaced the fuel pump and changed the fuel filter. I've checked the battery and wiring both are good. Cleaned everything now I'm at a loss of what to do. If anybody could help me that would be awesome.

Just what do you mean by cuts off. Dose the engine start and cuts off? or dose the starter cut off?
