Scag mower will not move

I just replaced the idle pulley on my Scag freedom Z and now it will not move. I can start it but the transmission will not engage. I am puzzled as to why. I put the belt back on as was instructed in diagram in manual. Can anyone help me out or is it time to take in to Scag dealer?

I had this exact same problem before. Turned out that I followed the diagram upside down. Took a few hours of looking at it till I discovered what I had done.

You didn't happen to engage the bypass to roll the mower around the garage and forget to disengage it.
