Hi all.
We have had our eXmark 42" ZT, model QTS691KA422 (ser no 314631306), for about 8 years, and the tires have since lost some significant traction. We were thinking it is time to replace them. Also, one of the old tires has a slow leak, another reason to replace. Tire treads are getting worn.
Tire size: 18x7.5-8 NHS
Any thoughts or recommendations for new?
Should we maintain the size that came with the machine, or increase the size, and if so to what?
The housing development is in some of Conn's hills, but the yard is primarily flat; there are two steep rising banks from the basement walkout, and some rolling grades in the back where the septic tank and leaching field is.
I've been lurking around this site for a number of years, and appreciate the feedback you provide, and the knowledge given.
