Removing cover to clean contacts

I have a scag turf tiger 61 inch cut. How do I remove the cover that has the electrical connections? The cover that the key goes into. The one that has the throttle and choke levers.

There must be someone that has had to replace the pto switch at one time or another. In order to do so one would have to remove the cover to get inside. Same cover that the key goes into. The electrical contacts are in there.

If you post a model # and serial # of your mower that will make it easier to help. A picture of the cover would be nice also.
