I have always recommended the Toro Super Recycler Personal Pace cast deck model. I bought its used 1987 grandfather in 1993 and used it until my health told me I needed to change from a three speed to a variable speed. It’s still being used by a young couple who needed something to start with. I know because I still service it. I went to a model 20382 and have never had an issue with it. It bags, side discharges and mulches. I only mulch unless the lawn or leave get away from me. I call it a twenty year mower plus when maintained properly. Just my opinion.
