Redhawk 4" has trouble turning to one side. Need Help!

I had no issues adjusting the brake but I need to adjust the drive because when I hold down the it will not turn right. If I push it I can get it to go. I need advise. Do I need new belts? Can I make an adjustment so it will work better? Thanks
