I have a Troy Bilt 13AN77KG now when the blades are engaged the right side goes to the ground. What do you think happened?

Have you looked at the deck lift brackets?

Look under the deck and see if the blade is bent or loose or if you broke the spindle ( the thing the blade is on )

As I recall it just seems like the last troy built mower I worked on had aluminum mandrels so maybe you broke one?

u broke a mandrel or bent a blade it is also possible that u bent the deck or its supports
