It all depends on what and who you buy from. From a business point of view it like trying new things. Some are winners and others are losers.

It is like the replacement BB idler pulleys. The originals are made by Capital Stamping (an US company). I just tried some from Amazon made in China. The riveting of the bearing retainers are a lot better and they used the same bearing.

Other things I have tried are pure junk and it is good I buy a sample before buying any major amount. This way I weed out the poor quality items.
