Question about Koehler motor mounts

I have a 2016 scag cheetah scz61v-29cv-efi with just over 700 hrs. I’ve really enjoyed the mower but this year it’s had a series of maintenance needs at the dealership. Recently, I noticed that it is really using oil and was checking the engine for leaks when I realized it MOVES AROUND. I am able to move the engine around on the platform! (Kohler)

I only have the operators manual which doesn’t give you a lot of information about the engine but it appears there are only 2 points where the engine is secured. Does that sound right? Looks like bolt and a lock washer. Please advise! I’ve attached a picture of the page

I see loose and missing engine mounting bolts from customers several times a year. Remove the bolts and make sure they are not damaged. Clean them with carburetor spray and shop towel. Apply Loctite to bolts and correctly torque them down.

They appear to have use Hex Head 3/8-16 x 1-1/4" bolt and a spring lock washer. Here I would replace them with Serrated Flange Hex Head bolts. If the hole are stripped re-tap to the next size and use and that size Serrated Flange Head bolts. And torque to 46 ft lbs.

These bolts have multiple locking points vs ones with just a spring lock washer that has one locking point.

I noticed my TCII was rocking a lot and I only had 2 of the 4 bolts holding it on. It was missing 1 and 1 was broken off in the block. This winter I will get the broken bolt out so I will have to mow with 3 for now.
