Question about a brand of mower

Mower makers do not make belts... They use standard or spec belts...
You likely have a classical V belt 'A' or 'B' size... as to the length, do as LandN & noma suggested... place a rope around all the included pulleys, pull it taunt and measure it... ANY Industrial supply or Bearing supplier in your area will be able to give you the exact belt you need...
You can also go online ... places like: ... V-Belts; Metric V-Belts, Power Transmission Belts;Synchronous Belts;Timing Belts;Industrial V-Belts;Low Cost;Discount Prices
They will have your belt for around $5.... Do a little measuring and you will find how easy it is to find a correct belt size...:smile:KennyV
 
ooh!..i like it!...red/white and blue motif!...i can see it now!....dont pay more than $150....and dont expect it to be a daily driver....but as a project...very cool!...if i were you id put a newer engine and trans in and have fun building it...i love the tractor style!.............dynastar tractor - Google Search

I could be wrong but to me it looks a lot like the older Sears Craftsman lawn tractors, just because of the way the front end is styled. Sears was based in Chicago for a LONG time, perhaps still is. Dynamark, Chicago, Illinois...hmmmm

Tractor Supply Company stores sell a huge assortment of V-belts in all sizes. But $5 gets you a really tiny one...

They do carry a few belts...
But for a really huge supply, check your industrial suppliers... or on line at places like: V-Belts; Metric V-Belts, Power Transmission Belts;Synchronous Belts;Timing Belts;Industrial V-Belts;Low Cost;Discount Prices
$5 will get a good size belt, $14.03 will get a 12 foot long B series belt that I Run a flail mower on mt IH tractor...

BUT you do have to know how belts are measured.. you can order Very Good belts at reasonable prices... :smile:KennyV

It looks somewhat like an older murray.
None the less, if you can't find info about it, DON'T GET IT. When you need parts, they will be harderr, if not impossible, to find, and you will have a useless piece of junk on your hands that you can't fix. :mur:
