Have you tried calling the phone number on the last page of the manual?

Have you tried taking the plug to the shop and asking them to match it to one?

Qualcast bought Suffolk mowers out
AFAIK the Punch was the original Suffolk mower with a suffolk engine
Being a UK company they were sold mainly in the UK & Europe ( predates the EU )
They also had a factory in Australia
AFAIK the Australian Qualcasts used Launcen engines who would latter on be bought out by Tecumseh

However the Suffolk name got recycled several times
We really need some photos or perhaps you might like to try vintagemowers.com
