I have just fitted a new plastic drive gear and within 10 minutes the gear chewed its way off its internal bush!
You will see from the photo that the shaft which holds the larger pulley wheel sits below the face of the wheel so that when the cover shroud is attached and you tighten the bolt it actually tightens against the pulley wheel itself.
Can anyone with experience of these advise me on what's going wrong here?
