PTO harness connection fail

That is what I thought. Is there anything I can do to prevent this in the future? I can’t spend $330 every 99.6 hours!

is that the wire connector? i have seen guys solder a new connection but it never lasts, but then what have you got to lose, if it works then seal it up with epoxy but i think PTO are not that expensive any more

zip tie the wires out of the way with enough slack it doesnt pull on the wires is all you can do.

may have just been a bad job done securing the wire at the factory when new

Figured it out. Slip clutch bolts backed off over time and the assembly repeatedly slammed against the bracket and bent it. The entire assembly spun and broke the harness. Check the torque on the adjustment bolts so this doesn’t happen to you
