What is the torque spec for the main bolt that attaches the PTO clutch to the motor on a 250Z Snapper?

If it is the 7/16 bolts that most of the OEM's use 50 ft/lb is properly about right.

Sounds like what I got. One more question..
The manual says to use a .016-.018 feeler guage for the air gap. I assume I need 3 of them to put one in each window to set it?

Edit: Actually one more question - what is the best way to keep it from spinning when torquing the mounting bolt?

Thanks!

A blond moment there and late at night.
I was thinking from a customers point where they are used to the hex size and not the thread size.

You dont need three, just adjust the nuts a bit at a time till until the feeler guage fits in all three.
You need to lock the engine to stop turning.
Easiest way is spark plug out and starter rope down the hole to stop piston moving.
